Sona - Armenia

Working with Shirin, in the field of theatre arts, for a year has been an educating and challenging experience which left me eager to pursue my studies in theater. Prioritizing the importance of the sense of an ensemble Shirin managed to connect all of the students, making the collaborative work pleasurable. Through various explorations of body and voice, using Laban's and Stanislavsky's methods, I have been taught how to connect to the character not only physically but also emotionally, which made me successful in my performances. Moreover, we have been fortunate to have Skype interviews, organized by Shirin, with leading producers and directors. This expanded my outlook on the field of theatre and the business it operates within. Overall, the experience that Shirin gave to me is something I will cherish forever, being full of useful skills and moments filled with creative expression.
